After a recent trip to Australia it struck me how many older ‘real’ women are working in the media. Along with more body confident woman on the street in many shapes, sizes, ethnicities and ages ‘owning it’. That is key and it felt refreshing and interesting.
Something I’m always mindful of when dressing clients is to make sure they look like themselves, enhanced diverse individuals, quirks and all. On this front the future looks bright, our global culture will demand diversity in all forms, it will become the new norm and more importantly the expectation. From boardrooms to Vogue covers, media news rooms to science labs and industry we are finally seeing this change - cheers to celebrating diversity in all forms, wrapped up in well groomed fashion for the individual.
